Day Shift Job Description We are seeking a dependable, hardworking, and detail-oriented Housekeeper / Cleaning Professional to maintain the cleanliness and overall appearance of our condominium community. A significant portion of this position involves outdoor work. In addition to cleaning interior common areas, the Housekeeper will regularly clean and maintain exterior common areas throughout the property. Applicants should be comfortable working outdoors in typical Florida weather conditions, including heat and humidity. This position is responsible for helping ensure that the community's interior and exterior common areas remain clean, safe, orderly, and well-kept for residents and guests. Key Responsibilities Clean and maintain interior and exterior common areas, including hallways, lobbies, stairwells, walkways, laundry rooms, restrooms, recreational areas, and other community spaces Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and clean assigned areas Sweep and clean outdoor walkways, breezeways, entrances, and other exterior common areas Clean and sanitize restrooms and high-touch surfaces Empty trash and recycling receptacles and replace liners Clean windows, glass doors, mirrors, and other common-area surfaces Pick up litter and debris throughout the property and help maintain the overall appearance of exterior common areas Monitor and restock cleaning supplies as needed Report maintenance issues, property concerns, or potential safety hazards to management Follow established health and safety procedures Perform other cleaning and property-related duties as assigned by management Qualifications Previous housekeeping, janitorial, or property-cleaning experience preferred Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining a clean property Ability to work independently and efficiently Dependable, punctual, and professional Comfortable performing a substantial portion of the work outdoors Ability to work in Florida heat and typical outdoor weather conditions Ability to perform physical tasks, including walking, standing, bending, reaching, and lifting throughout the workday Good communication skills

Compensation & Benefits Pay Range:
