ABOUT THIS ROLE
We are seeking a skilled, hands-on Housekeeper to join the team of a private ultra-high-net-worth residence in Sunny Isles Beach. This role works alongside our established Executive Housekeeper and is entirely focused on delivering exceptional deep cleaning and laundry care to an impeccable standard, every single day. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Deep Cleaning Execute thorough deep-cleaning programs across all areas of the residence — principal suites, guest rooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living spaces, and ancillary areas Clean and maintain all surfaces with expert care: natural stone, marble, lacquered cabinetry, fine wood, glass, mirrors, and specialty finishes Apply non-toxic, premium-grade cleaning products exclusively, selected for performance and compatibility with luxury surfaces Attend to detail areas often overlooked: baseboards, vents, light fixtures, high surfaces, and interior joinery Follow structured daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning schedules as directed by the Executive Housekeeper Laundry & Garment Care Manage the complete laundry workflow for the household — personal garments, bed linens, bath linens, table linens, and household textiles Launder, press, steam, and finish all items to an impeccable standard with mastery of fabric-specific protocols Handle delicate and luxury pieces with skill and precision: couture, designer garments, fine knitwear, silk, cashmere, and tailored suiting Identify correct washing methods, temperatures, and finishing techniques for each fabric and garment type Coordinate dry-cleaning with trusted specialist vendors and ensure seamless turnaround Maintain beautifully organized and pressed linen closets — towels, bed linens, and table linens rotated and stored to five-star standards Proactively inspect garments for staining, repairs, or reconditioning needs and communicate promptly
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Minimum 5+ years of housekeeping experience in private ultra-high-net-worth, luxury estate, or five-star hospitality environments Expert deep-cleaning skills — thorough, methodical, and personally invested in delivering immaculate results Mastery of laundry and garment care for luxury and delicate items — from couture and fine knitwear to household linens Strong knowledge of luxury surface materials and correct care methods for each Familiarity with non-toxic, premium cleaning products and their appropriate applications Highly detail-oriented with excellent time management — self-directed and efficient without close supervision Absolute discretion and confidentiality are second nature to you — always and without exception Warmth, calm composure, and genuine care for the principals and their home Genuinely adore animals — the residence is home to two beloved toy poodles who are cherished family members Legally authorized to work in the United States with reliable personal transportation Ability to pass a comprehensive background check; excellent professional references required
