About Winston Towers Winston Towers Condominium Association, Inc. is a residential condominium community located in Sunny Isles Beach, Florida. The Association is committed to maintaining a safe, clean, organized, and welcoming environment for its residents, guests, employees, and vendors. Our staff supports the daily operation of the property by providing professional resident services, maintaining building security and access procedures, assisting with administrative functions. Position Overview The Front Desk Attendant supports the daily operation of Winston Towers by managing visitors, guests, vendors, deliveries, and general reception responsibilities. The position professionally answers and routes telephone calls, assists residents and staff, performs assigned administrative duties, and helps maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment throughout the property. The Front Desk Attendant must follow the Association's access-control procedures, rules and regulations, emergency procedures, and instructions issued by Management and the Front Desk Supervisor. This position requires professionalism, discretion, sound judgment, and excellent customer service. This is a full-time position located in Sunny Isles Beach, Florida. Essential Responsibilities Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: Front Desk and Reception Answer the multi-line telephone system in a professional and courteous manner. Direct calls and messages to the appropriate staff members or departments. Greet residents, guests, visitors, vendors, contractors, delivery personnel, and service providers professionally. Announce and verify visitors in accordance with the Association's access-control procedures. Confirm resident authorization before allowing access when required. Follow all visitor, guest, vendor, contractor, and delivery check-in procedures. Review identification and enter required information into the Association's property-management or access-control system. Maintain accurate visitor, vendor, delivery, incident, key, package, and access records. Respond to resident and guest inquiries and direct matters to the appropriate department. Receive, document, and distribute packages, deliveries, notices, keys, and other items in accordance with Association procedures. Maintain the front desk, lobby, reception area, and assigned work areas in a clean and organized condition. Protect confidential resident, employee, vendor, and Association information. Building and Amenity Monitoring Maintain awareness of building activity and assigned common areas. Monitor the lobby, entrances, pool, gym, and other amenity areas as directed. Assist with enforcing the Association's rules and regulations in a professional and nonconfrontational manner. Report unauthorized access, suspicious activity, safety concerns, property damage, rule violations, and emergencies to the appropriate supervisor or Management. Follow established procedures for emergencies, fire alarms, medical incidents, elevator issues, water leaks, power interruptions, and other building-related events. Help maintain safe, clean, and welcoming common areas for residents and their guests. Report maintenance, housekeeping, security, equipment, or supply concerns promptly. Follow applicable pool, gym, health, sanitation, and safety procedures. Administrative Support Complete reports, logs, forms, and other documentation accurately and promptly. Prepare incident reports when required. Assist Management and office staff with clerical and administrative duties. Monitor Association emails or communication systems when assigned. Communicate clearly with the Front Desk Supervisor and Management regarding incidents, resident concerns, building conditions, supplies, and pending matters. Work on special assignments and projects as directed. Follow all instructions, policies, procedures, and post orders established by the Association. Qualifications Prior experience in a condominium, residential building, hospitality, hotel, front desk, customer service, concierge, or security position is preferred. Must remain professional, calm, alert, and observant in a busy residential environment. Ability to manage multiple responsibilities while maintaining composure, discretion, and attention to detail. Excellent customer-service and interpersonal skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Professional telephone etiquette. Strong organizational and clerical skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Ability to exercise sound judgment and appropriately escalate issues. Basic knowledge of building safety, pool safety, sanitation, and emergency procedures is preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel. Experience with property-management, visitor-management, access-control, or building communication software is preferred. Bilingual language skills are beneficial but not required. Minimum Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. Legal authorization to work in the United States. Ability to reliably report to work according to the assigned schedule. Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled. Ability to pass any background screening required by the Association. Strong time-management and decision-making skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while exercising professionalism and good judgment. Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 pounds. Ability to respond promptly during emergencies and building incidents. Working Conditions Frequent face-to-face interaction with residents, guests, employees, vendors, contractors, and delivery personnel. Work is performed primarily at the front desk and within the building's common and amenity areas. Periodic exposure to outdoor weather conditions, heat, humidity, and sunlight. Frequent standing, walking, sitting, reaching, bending, lifting, and carrying. May require responding to stressful situations, emergencies, complaints, or building incidents. Must remain attentive and available throughout the assigned shift. Pay:
