Job Summary:

PART TIME

Saturday & Sunday 7AM - 3PM We are seeking a detail-oriented Housekeeper to maintain the cleanliness and overall appearance of the residential building, including common areas and amenities. The ideal candidate will take pride in their work and ensure a clean, sanitary, and welcoming environment for residents and guests.

Key Responsibilities:

Clean and maintain all common areas, including the lobby, hallways, elevators, and stairwells. Sanitize high-touch surfaces such as door handles, railings, and intercom panels. Maintain the cleanliness of building amenities, including the gym, lounge, pool area, and laundry rooms. Remove trash and recycling from designated areas and dispose of it properly. Vacuum, sweep, mop, and dust as needed. Restock supplies in restrooms and other designated areas. Report maintenance or repair needs to the property management team. Assist with seasonal cleaning projects and special event preparations. Respond promptly to resident or management requests for cleaning-related tasks.

Qualifications:

Prior housekeeping or janitorial experience preferred. Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision. Attention to detail and a strong work ethic. Reliable, punctual, and professional in demeanor.
