Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of all areas including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living spaces, and common areas using appropriate cleaning supplies and techniques. Conduct floor care activities such as vacuuming, mopping, waxing, and carpet cleaning to maintain pristine surfaces. Manage laundry duties including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens or clothing items efficiently. Ensure all sanitation standards are met by disinfecting high-touch surfaces and maintaining a hygienic environment. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client requests promptly and professionally while maintaining a friendly demeanor. Maintain organized storage of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times. Assist with housekeeping management tasks such as scheduling cleaning routines or supervising junior staff when required. Experience Prior custodial or janitorial experience in residential or commercial settings is highly preferred. Experience with hotel housekeeping or hospitality environments is a strong advantage. Familiarity with various cleaning techniques including carpet cleaning, floor care, and sanitation procedures. Knowledge of laundry operations and proper handling of linens and clothing items. Demonstrated ability to deliver excellent customer service with a positive attitude. Previous experience in housekeeping management or supervising team members is a plus.
