Responsibities:

Maintain cleanliness and organization of clubhouse interiors & exteriors, including common areas, restrooms, locker rooms, and meeting spaces. Perform routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and disinfecting surfaces to uphold high hygiene standards. Monitor outdoor amenities such as patios, walkways, and recreational areas to ensure they are tidy and well-kept. Restock supplies in restrooms and common areas to ensure availability at all times. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to the appropriate team members for swift resolution. Cleaning residential homes and apartments Completing short-term rental turnover cleanings Cleaning offices and professional facilities Cleaning restrooms, breakrooms, kitchens, and common areas Dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing, and removing trash Following property-specific cleaning checklists Reporting maintenance concerns, damages, or supply needs Working independently and alongside other team members as needed
