Health, Dental, PTO Growth Opportunities Position Summary One Source is seeking dependable, detail-oriented Room Attendants to join our housekeeping team in Winter Haven, FL. As a Room Attendant, you'll play a key role in upholding the high standards our clients expect. Keeping guest rooms clean, comfortable, and welcoming while delivering professional, courteous service every step of the way. Key Responsibilities Clean and prepare guest rooms. Make beds and replace linens and towels Dust furniture, vacuum carpets, sweep, and mop floors Clean and sanitize bathrooms, fixtures, appliances, and high-touch surfaces Replenish guest supplies and room amenities Remove trash, used linens, and towels from assigned rooms Report maintenance concerns, damages, lost-and-found items, and safety hazards Maintain assigned carts, supplies, and equipment Complete assigned rooms within established productivity and quality standards Follow all safety procedures, chemical-handling requirements, and company policies Respond professionally to guest requests and communicate concerns to leadership Support additional housekeeping duties as assigned Qualifications Previous hotel, resort, timeshare, or housekeeping experience Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness Ability to work independently and complete assigned tasks on time Ability to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push, pull, and lift throughout the shift Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds Open availability, including weekends and holidays Compensation & Earning Potential This position pays on a piece-rate structure with a guaranteed base pay of at least $14.00 per hour but can earn more based on speed and productivity,
