Short-Term Rental Housekeeper

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Short-Term Rental Housekeeper to ensure our vacation properties are spotless, welcoming, and ready for guests. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of rental units, providing exceptional customer service to guests, and ensuring each property meets high standards of comfort and hygiene. Your attention to detail and proactive approach will help create memorable stays for visitors from around the world. Responsibilities Thoroughly clean and sanitize all areas of rental units, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living spaces, and outdoor areas as needed Perform residential cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping floors, and carpet cleaning to maintain a pristine environment Handle laundry duties efficiently, including washing, folding, and organizing linens and towels for guest turnover Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are well-maintained and stocked for daily operations Conduct detailed inspections of each property to verify cleanliness standards are met before guest arrival Manage floor care routines including sweeping, mopping, polishing, and carpet care to uphold a high level of presentation Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest requests promptly and professionally during their stay Follow sanitation protocols rigorously to ensure health safety standards are maintained in all areas Experience Prior janitorial or custodial experience in residential or commercial settings is highly desirable Experience in hotel housekeeping or vacation rental management is a plus Demonstrated ability to perform detailed cleaning tasks with efficiency and precision Familiarity with cleaning tools such as vacuums, steam cleaners, carpet extractors, and floor buffers Knowledge of sanitation procedures and safety guidelines related to cleaning chemicals and equipment Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple properties effectively Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused attitude Join us in delivering exceptional hospitality experiences by maintaining beautiful, clean spaces that guests love!
