Job Description
Seeking a part-time Custodian/Housekeeper to work at a 241 site, 55+ RV community. Schedule is Monday through Friday - 4 hours per day; 20 hours per week. Some duties include but are not limited to: Clean 4 bath houses Clean laundry room Clean clubhouse bathrooms and kitchen Clean lanai Wipe down doors and windows Advise manager when items need to be ordered Empty garbage Must be able to lift 30 pounds Must be organized and attention to detail a must! Will have interaction with residents and will work closely with office personnel and maintenance. Drug free Workplace EEO Background checks and drug screens required upon employment offer.
