In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our breakfast area is clean, well-stocked, and welcoming for our guests. Duties Set up and maintain the breakfast buffet area, ensuring all food items are fresh and presented attractively. Clean and sanitize tables, chairs, and serving areas before and after service. Perform floor care duties including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming to maintain cleanliness in the dining area. Monitor food supplies and replenish items as necessary throughout the breakfast service. Assist guests with any questions or requests regarding breakfast offerings. Adhere to all health and safety regulations while handling food and maintaining cleanliness. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and presentation of breakfast items. Experience Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality environment is preferred. Familiarity with cleaning protocols and janitorial practices is essential. Experience in custodial or industrial cleaning roles is a plus. Background in housekeeping management will be beneficial for maintaining high cleanliness standards.
