This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity. Cleaning jobs are offered based on availability, location, performance, and client needs. You may accept or decline opportunities offered to you. What We Expect Reliable, punctual, and professional Strong attention to detail and pride in your work Friendly and respectful with clients Consistent communication with our team Ability to follow cleaning checklists and client-specific instructions Open to feedback and committed to improving Once you accept a job, you are expected to complete it as scheduled If an issue arises during a clean, pause and contact our team before proceeding Requirements Must have your own cleaning supplies and equipment Must have reliable transportation Professional cleaning experience preferred Reliable smartphone Ability to perform residential and/or commercial cleaning Ability to travel to the cleaning jobs you accept At Clean Routine Services, quality, reliability, communication, and client experience are non-negotiable.
