Duties Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitation Handle laundry tasks such as washing, folding, and organizing clothing and linens Maintain high standards of cleanliness by sanitizing kitchens and bathrooms with appropriate products Care for floors through specialized cleaning techniques like carpet shampooing and floor polishing Manage kitchen duties including basic cooking assistance when required and maintaining cleanliness of appliances and counters Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients about their cleaning needs and preferences Follow safety protocols and use janitorial equipment properly to ensure a safe working environment Experience Previous experience in residential cleaning or janitorial roles is required; training will not be provided for contactors Familiarity with residential cleaning techniques and hotel housekeeping standards is a requirement Hands-on experience with floor care, carpet cleaning, sanitation practices, and laundry processes is highly desirable Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate professionally and courteously with clients Experience in custodial or housekeeping management roles can be advantageous for growth opportunities Embark on a rewarding journey where your dedication to cleanliness transforms homes into pristine sanctuaries!
