Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our hospitality team. As a Room Attendant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of guest rooms and public areas within our establishment. Your commitment to providing exceptional service will enhance the guest experience and contribute to the reputation of our hotel. Responsibilities Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including bathrooms, bedrooms, and common areas, ensuring high standards of cleanliness are met. Perform floor care duties such as vacuuming, mopping, and polishing surfaces to maintain a pristine environment. Replace linens, towels, and toiletries in guest rooms as needed. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the housekeeping management promptly. Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and maintained in an organized manner. Assist with laundry duties as required to support the housekeeping department. Uphold hotel policies regarding cleanliness and safety standards while providing friendly service to guests. Skills Proven experience in cleaning or janitorial roles, with a strong focus on attention to detail. Familiarity with floor care techniques and equipment is preferred. Previous hotel or hospitality experience is a plus, enhancing your understanding of guest expectations. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively while handling multiple tasks. Excellent communication skills to interact positively with guests and team members. Experience in industrial cleaning or custodial work is beneficial for maintaining high standards of cleanliness. Knowledge of housekeeping management practices can enhance operational efficiency within the team.
