Duties Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces to maintain impeccable standards. Restock amenities such as towels, toiletries, and refreshments to ensure guest satisfaction. Clean and disinfect bathrooms, including sinks, tubs, showers, and toilets, adhering to health and safety protocols. Maintain cleanliness in hallways, stairwells, and common areas by sweeping, mopping, and trash removal. Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure swift resolution and uphold quality standards. Follow all safety procedures related to cleaning chemicals and equipment to create a safe environment for yourself and others. Assist with special cleaning projects or deep cleans as scheduled to support overall property upkeep. Qualifications Prior experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or custodial services is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and a strong work ethic. Demonstrated ability to perform commercial cleaning tasks efficiently and thoroughly. Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results. Ability to stand for extended periods, bend, lift moderate loads, and work in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills and the ability to follow instructions clearly.
