Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Commercial Cleaning Specialist to join our team! In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and overall appearance of commercial and industrial spaces. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of commercial spaces, including offices, restrooms, hallways, and common areas using appropriate cleaning techniques and equipment. Conduct specialized floor care tasks such as buffing, stripping, waxing, and polishing to maintain floors in pristine condition. Manage custodial duties including trash removal, dusting, window cleaning, and sanitation of high-touch surfaces. Assist with industrial cleaning tasks when required, utilizing proper safety protocols and equipment. Support facilities maintenance activities such as minor repairs, equipment upkeep, and ensuring supplies are stocked and organized. Apply residential painting skills when needed to enhance or refresh interior spaces. Follow safety guidelines diligently while operating cleaning machinery and handling chemicals to ensure a safe work environment for yourself and others. Qualifications Proven janitorial or custodial experience in commercial or industrial settings. Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care procedures, and facilities maintenance. Experience with buffing machines, floor stripping/waxing, and general custodial tasks. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of quality. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties that may involve bending, lifting, climbing ladders, or standing for extended periods.
