Handle laundry tasks such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing items efficiently when applicable. Clean carpets and upholstery using specialized equipment to enhance the appearance and longevity of furnishings. Manage outdoor work responsibilities including patio cleaning when required. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring proper manual handling techniques for heavy lifting and safe usage. Communicate effectively with clients to understand specific cleaning needs and provide exceptional customer service that exceeds expectations. Requirements Proven experience in residential cleaning or housekeeping management is preferred; janitorial or custodial experience is highly valued. Knowledge of cleaning surfaces, floor care techniques, carpet cleaning methods, and sanitation standards. Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and work independently or as part of a team. Physical stamina for manual handling tasks including heavy lifting, bending, reaching, and outdoor work activities. Excellent client communication skills with a friendly attitude focused on delivering top-notch customer service.
