Company Overview:
The Dillard House, a Farm Resort is a new addition to the Legacy Ventures portfolio and will be an exciting adventure as we build on what the Dillard family has developed since 1917. This one-of-a-kind property is nestled in the picturesque Tennessee River Valley within a two-hour drive north of Atlanta in Rabun County. It will represent tradition with authentically sourced cuisine, numerous outdoor activities and outstanding southern charm and hospitality.
Summary :
A Housekeeping Unit Cleaner is primarily responsible for maintaining clean and attractive rental units, hallways, and public areas of multi-unit properties. Team members are expected to follow all cleaning and safety procedures, replacing linens and replenishing guest unit supplies. The ideal candidate for these positions is
EXTREMELY
detail-oriented and must have a heightened awareness and attention to detail. Reliability is of the utmost importance.
Key Responsibilities:
Thoroughly clean and restock the required number of guest rooms per shift, adhering to company and brand standards. Complete all pre-cleaning duties such as setting up cleaning carts with supplies and linens. Remove trash and dirty linens from guest rooms. Ensure all hallways, public areas, and closets are clean, neat, and vacuumed. Report missing items or maintenance issues in guest rooms to the Housekeeping Supervisor/Manager. Handle "Lost and Found" items according to hotel standards. Maintain effective communication with guests, team members, and management. Follow procedures as outlined by the Housekeeping Supervisor/Manager.
