Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in residential and commercial spaces. This role requires a strong commitment to customer service and the ability to work independently while adhering to high standards of cleanliness and sanitation. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. Manage housekeeping tasks efficiently, ensuring all areas are maintained to the highest standards. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and preferences during cleaning sessions. Conduct floor care tasks, including sweeping, waxing, and polishing as required. Assist with light cooking duties when necessary, ensuring kitchen cleanliness and organization. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages to management. Follow all safety protocols while handling cleaning chemicals and equipment. Qualifications Previous experience in housekeeping management or residential cleaning preferred. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients. Knowledge of commercial cleaning practices is a plus. Ability to launder items properly and maintain cleanliness in kitchen areas. Familiarity with custodial duties and floor care techniques is beneficial. Attention to detail with a strong focus on sanitation practices. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
