Job Overview Gilleland Cleaning Services is looking for a dependable and detail oriented individual to join our commercial cleaning team. This position is primarily responsible for cleaning offices and other commercial facilities after normal business hours.

Schedule:

Monday through Saturday, after business hours Approximately 3 to 4 hours per shift depending on the assigned facility and scope of work Days and hours may vary based on client contracts and business needs.

Job Responsibilities:

Clean assigned commercial facilities according to established cleaning checklists Empty trash receptacles and replace liners Vacuum carpeted areas Sweep and mop hard surface floors Dust desks, furniture, windowsills, and other approved surfaces Clean and sanitize restrooms Clean break rooms, kitchens, countertops, sinks, tables, and approved appliances Clean mirrors, interior glass, and entrance doors as assigned Sanitize high touch areas including door handles and light switches Restock designated restroom and facility supplies when required Properly use cleaning products, supplies, and equipment Secure the facility according to client instructions before leaving Immediately report damages, security concerns, supply needs, or unusual conditions to management Complete assigned work thoroughly within the scheduled timeframe

Requirements:

Must be highly dependable and punctual Must be detail oriented and able to work without constant supervision Must have reliable personal transportation to and from assigned commercial locations Must be able to pass a background check Must be comfortable working independently after normal business hours Must be able to follow client specific instructions and cleaning checklists Must respect client property, confidential workspaces, and facility security procedures Must be able to perform the physical requirements of commercial cleaning, including standing, bending, reaching, kneeling, and lifting cleaning supplies and equipment Professional and trustworthy conduct is required at all times

Experience:

Previous commercial cleaning experience is strongly preferred . We are especially interested in candidates who have experience cleaning offices, restrooms, break rooms, and other professional facilities and who are comfortable working independently. This is a part time W2 employee position with approximately 3 to 4 hours per shift depending on the assigned job.

Pay:

$18.00 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 4.0 - 20.0 per week
