Duties Perform thorough cleaning of residential homes, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing all surfaces Maintain high standards of sanitation in kitchens and bathrooms by disinfecting fixtures and surfaces Care for flooring through specialized floor care techniques, and polishing hardwood or tile floors Manage kitchen duties, ensuring a clean and organized space Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients to meet their specific cleaning needs Follow safety protocols and use cleaning supplies responsibly to ensure a safe working environment Skills Proven experience in residential cleaning or janitorial roles, with knowledge of effective cleaning techniques Strong understanding of sanitation standards and proper use of cleaning products Excellent customer service skills to build trust and ensure client satisfaction Ability to perform detailed cleaning tasks efficiently while maintaining quality standards Experience with floor care and general custodial responsibilities Familiarity with hotel housekeeping practices or commercial cleaning is a plus Good physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and move comfortably throughout the workday Bring your energy and dedication to our team!
