Implement proper sanitation procedures to ensure a hygienic living environment. Handle laundry tasks such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothing and linens efficiently. Maintain cleanliness of floors through sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and specialized floor care techniques. Manage outdoor work responsibilities including patio cleaning, outdoor furniture maintenance, and yard tidying when required. Use manual handling techniques safely for heavy lifting tasks such as moving furniture or large items. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific needs and provide excellent customer service throughout your duties. Qualifications Proven experience in residential cleaning or housekeeping roles; janitorial or custodial experience is highly valued. Knowledge of cleaning surfaces, sanitation standards, and proper use of cleaning detergents and equipment. Skilled in floor cleaning methods including carpet extraction and floor polishing. Ability to perform manual handling tasks safely and efficiently, including heavy lifting. Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks and complete duties within scheduled timeframes. Excellent client communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor. Outdoor work experience is a plus for handling exterior cleaning tasks.
