Duties Thoroughly clean guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces to uphold high cleanliness standards Restock amenities such as toiletries, linens, towels, and other supplies to ensure guest needs are met promptly Maintain cleanliness of public areas including hallways, lobbies, restrooms, and common spaces by sweeping, mopping, and disinfecting floors Handle laundry duties efficiently by washing, folding, and organizing linens and guest clothing as needed Report maintenance issues or safety hazards immediately to ensure a safe and well-maintained environment Follow established cleaning procedures using appropriate cleaning agents and equipment for various surfaces and floors Adhere to health and safety regulations while performing all cleaning tasks to promote a hygienic environment for guests and staff Qualifications Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or hospitality-related roles is highly desirable Strong knowledge of floor care techniques including vacuuming, mopping, and carpet cleaning Previous hotel or industrial cleaning experience is a plus, demonstrating familiarity with professional cleaning standards Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality service delivery in custodial tasks Ability to work efficiently independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Good physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and move throughout shifts comfortably Knowledge of housekeeping management practices is advantageous but not required; willingness to learn is essential Join us in creating memorable stays by delivering exceptional cleanliness and comfort!
