Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and order in our facilities, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests and staff alike. This position requires a commitment to high standards of cleanliness and an understanding of housekeeping management practices. Experience in hospitality or hotel settings is preferred. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, common areas, and facilities, adhering to established cleanliness standards. Execute floor care tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing surfaces. Manage laundry services, ensuring linens and towels are cleaned, folded, and stored appropriately. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages or needs to management. Ensure all cleaning equipment is used safely and maintained in good working condition. Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to guest requests and inquiries. Follow all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment. Requirements Proven experience in housekeeping management or related fields such as industrial cleaning or custodial services is preferred. Strong attention to detail with the ability to clean thoroughly and efficiently. Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning chemicals. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills with a focus on hospitality and guest satisfaction. Flexibility in working hours, including weekends and holidays when necessary.
