Responsibilities Perform comprehensive cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitation across various areas of residential homes Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures to ensure compliance with health standards and client expectations Handle laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothing and linens efficiently Use appropriate cleaning equipment and detergents safely to maintain floors, carpets, surfaces, and appliances in pristine condition Manage manual handling tasks involving heavy lifting of furniture or large items with proper technique to prevent injury Maintain organized cleaning supplies inventory and ensure all equipment is properly maintained and stored Communicate effectively with clients to understand specific cleaning needs and provide excellent customer service during each visit Qualifications Prior experience in residential cleaning or custodial roles is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate Knowledge of cleaning surfaces, floor care, carpet cleaning, and janitorial procedures is advantageous Ability to perform outdoor work when necessary, including patio or yard cleanup tasks Strong time management skills to complete assigned tasks efficiently within scheduled timeframes Physical stamina for heavy lifting, manual handling, and prolonged periods of standing or walking Excellent communication skills for client interaction and team collaboration Familiarity with cleaning detergents, equipment operation, and sanitation standards is desirable Join us if you're passionate about creating clean, healthy living spaces!
