Responsibilities Perform comprehensive cleaning of guest rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping floors, changing linens, and sanitizing bathrooms to meet high standards of hygiene and presentation Maintain cleanliness of common areas such as hallways, lobbies, laundry rooms, and recreational spaces to ensure a welcoming atmosphere for all guests Conduct floor care tasks including sweeping, scrubbing, waxing, and polishing to preserve the integrity and appearance of various flooring types Restock supplies such as toiletries, towels, and cleaning products to ensure guest needs are consistently met Follow safety protocols and proper handling procedures for cleaning chemicals and equipment to maintain a safe work environment Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to management for timely resolution Support housekeeping management in training new team members and maintaining operational standards Skills Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial services, or custodial roles within hospitality or industrial settings Strong knowledge of floor care techniques including sweeping, mopping, waxing, and polishing floors Familiarity with hotel housekeeping procedures and standards for guest service excellence Ability to perform physically demanding tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods Excellent attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness and safety standards Effective communication skills to coordinate with team members and report issues clearly Experience with housekeeping management or supervisory roles is a plus but not required Join us in creating memorable stays by delivering exceptional cleanliness and hospitality!
