Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of residential homes and commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitization Handle specialized cleaning tasks such as carpet cleaning, floor care, and upholstery maintenance to ensure pristine conditions Manage laundry duties, including washing, folding, and organizing linens or clothing as needed Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all assigned areas following established procedures Provide excellent customer service by addressing client requests professionally and ensuring their satisfaction with the cleaning results Follow safety protocols during all cleaning activities to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment Assist with custodial responsibilities in hotels or other hospitality settings, including room turnover and public area upkeep Skills Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning, janitorial work, or hotel housekeeping management Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, sanitation standards, and floor care methods Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums, carpet cleaners, buffers, and floor polishers effectively Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor Basic cooking skills are a plus for some client requests or household assistance Experience with laundry services and general custodial tasks Familiarity with safety procedures related to chemical handling and equipment use Join us to make a difference through your dedication to cleanliness!
