Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Housekeeper to join our team and ensure that our residential or commercial spaces are spotless, welcoming, and well-maintained. In this vital role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional cleaning services, maintaining high standards of sanitation, and providing a comfortable environment for residents, guests, or clients. Your attention to detail and proactive approach will help create a pristine atmosphere that reflects professionalism and care. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of residential or commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitization Handle laundry duties such as washing, folding, and organizing linens and clothing Maintain floor care routines, including carpet cleaning and polishing hard floors to ensure a spotless appearance Prepare and serve light meals or snacks as needed, demonstrating basic cooking skills for guest comfort Ensure all sanitation standards are met by disinfecting bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas regularly Manage custodial tasks such as trash removal, replenishing supplies, and maintaining cleaning equipment Provide excellent customer service by addressing client requests promptly and professionally Requirements Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning environments, including janitorial or custodial roles Knowledge of proper sanitation procedures and safety protocols to prevent contamination Ability to perform floor care tasks such as carpet cleaning and floor polishing effectively Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor Experience with laundry operations and basic cooking is preferred but not mandatory Prior hotel housekeeping or housekeeping management experience is a plus Physical stamina to stand for extended periods, lift heavy objects, and perform repetitive tasks with precision Join us in creating clean, comfortable spaces that leave lasting impressions!
