In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, comfort, and overall appearance of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces. Duties Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including making beds, dusting surfaces, vacuuming carpets, and replenishing amenities Maintain cleanliness of public areas such as lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and dining spaces to uphold high standards of hygiene and presentation Perform floor care tasks including sweeping, mopping, waxing, and polishing to ensure all surfaces are spotless and well-maintained Handle laundry duties for linens, towels, and guest clothing with care and efficiency Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure swift resolution and continuous quality standards Follow safety protocols and proper cleaning procedures to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff Assist with inventory management by organizing cleaning supplies and equipment for optimal efficiency Skills Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or hospitality housekeeping roles preferred Strong knowledge of floor care techniques including sweeping, mopping, waxing, and carpet cleaning Familiarity with hotel operations or experience in hospitality environments is highly advantageous Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced setting Good physical stamina to stand for extended periods, lift heavy objects, and perform repetitive tasks effectively Basic understanding of custodial procedures and safety guidelines related to industrial cleaning Bi-Lingual Spanish English Embark on a rewarding career where your efforts directly enhance guest satisfaction!
