This energetic position involves performing routine maintenance services, including oil changes, tire rotations, and basic inspections, all while delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities Perform oil changes, filter replacements, and fluid top-offs efficiently and accurately. Use hand tools and power tools to perform routine maintenance tasks with precision. Inspect vehicles for mechanical issues and communicate findings to senior technicians or service advisors. Maintain cleanliness of work area and ensure all tools and equipment are properly stored after use. Support the service team by handling light maintenance tasks and preparing vehicles for further diagnostics or repairs. Skills Prior dealership or automotive repair experience is preferred. Mechanical knowledge with familiarity in vehicle maintenance procedures. Experience with automotive diagnostics tools and techniques is a plus. Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and automotive service equipment. Excellent customer service skills to communicate effectively with clients about their vehicle needs. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely as needed. Knowledge of oil change procedures and basic automotive maintenances. Demonstrated ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
