About the Role Gatehouse Home Cleaning is a residential cleaning service in the North Atlanta suburbs. We're looking for an experienced house cleaner to join us as a 1099 independent contractor. How Pay Works You are paid per completed job, not hourly. Depending on the home size and cleaning type, pay works out to roughly $20-25/hour equivalent. As a 1099 contractor, you handle your own taxes (W-9 required). What You'll Do

• Standard and deep cleanings of homes: kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas (dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing)
• Occasional move-in/move-out cleanings of empty homes
• Take before/after photos of completed work Service Area Duluth, Suwanee, Buford, Sugar Hill, Lawrenceville, Alpharetta, Johns Creek, and nearby Gwinnett County. Jobs are assigned near you — no office visits needed. Requirements
• 1+ year of residential cleaning experience
• Reliable transportation and a smartphone
• Own cleaning supplies preferred (basic supplies can be discussed)
• Able to complete a W-9 and pass a background check
• Weekday daytime availability Schedule Flexible — you accept the jobs that fit your availability.
