Housekeeping / Residential Cleaning Technician (1099 Contractor) Ooh Rah Elite Cleaning Services, LLC is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Housekeeper / Cleaning Technician for residential and move-out cleaning throughout Middle Georgia.

Responsibilities:

Clean residential homes and vacant move-out properties Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms and common areas Dust and wipe furniture, fixtures, baseboards and surfaces Vacuum, sweep and mop floors Clean inside refrigerators, ovens, cabinets and drawers Remove buildup, grease, dust and other heavy soil Clean tubs, showers, toilets, sinks and mirrors Empty trash and complete final detail work Follow company checklists and quality standards Report damages, safety concerns and supply needs Correct any missed areas identified during quality inspections

Requirements:

At least one year of residential or professional cleaning experience preferred Reliable transportation to job locations Valid driver's license Dependable attendance and punctuality Ability to follow written instructions and cleaning checklists Strong attention to detail Professional appearance and respectful customer service Ability to work independently and as part of a team Smartphone access for scheduling and communication Must be able to pass a background check

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand, bend, kneel and reach for extended periods Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds Ability to perform repetitive cleaning tasks Ability to work around common cleaning products
