Job Overview The Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining a clean, sanitary, comfortable, and welcoming environment for all hotel guests. This position plays a critical role in ensuring guest satisfaction by cleaning guest rooms, public areas, and hotel facilities according to brand and hotel standards. Working closely with fellow team members and supervisors, you'll help maintain smooth daily operations by communicating effectively, assisting others when needed, and contributing to an upbeat, collaborative atmosphere. Responsibilities Clean and service guest rooms, bathrooms, hallways, and public areas daily Change bed linens, replace towels, and replenish guest room amenities Vacuum, dust, mop, and sanitize assigned areas Report maintenance issues, damaged items, or safety concerns promptly Ensure all rooms meet cleanliness and presentation standards before guest arrival Remove trash and handle laundry as needed Maintain housekeeping carts, cleaning supplies, and storage areas in an organized manner Respond professionally and courteously to guest requests Follow hotel safety procedures and proper chemical handling guidelines Assist with deep cleaning projects and special assignments when necessary Experience Previous housekeeping or hotel experience preferred, but not required Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 25-30 pounds Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays Positive attitude and strong customer service skills

Pay:

$14.00 - $16.00 per hour
