Duties Perform thorough cleaning of residential or commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces to uphold high cleanliness standards Handle laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing items efficiently Maintain floor care by sweeping, polishing, and applying appropriate treatments to preserve flooring quality and appearance Conduct detailed sanitation procedures in kitchens and bathrooms, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations Use janitorial equipment and cleaning supplies responsibly to deliver optimal results while minimizing waste Provide friendly customer service by addressing guest or resident requests promptly and professionally Assist with special cleaning projects such as carpet cleaning or deep sanitation tasks as needed Qualifications Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning environments; hotel or custodial experience is highly desirable Knowledge of floor care techniques, carpet cleaning methods, and sanitation protocols Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and professional demeanor Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and operating cleaning machinery safely Familiarity with laundry procedures and janitorial supplies; experience in housekeeping management is a plus Basic understanding of health and safety standards related to cleaning practices Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends or evenings as required Embark on a rewarding career where your dedication transforms spaces into pristine environments!
