We are looking for someone who can work four days a week and weekend a must Duties Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitation to maintain pristine environments. Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures using appropriate detergents and cleaning equipment to ensure safety and hygiene standards are met. Handle laundry tasks efficiently, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing items. Maintain floor care through sweeping, mopping, carpet cleaning, and using specialized equipment for deep cleaning. Manage manual handling tasks such as heavy lifting of furniture or appliances with proper techniques to prevent injury. Communicate effectively with clients to understand specific cleaning needs and provide exceptional customer service. Ensure all surfaces are cleaned thoroughly and surfaces are sanitized according to health guidelines. Use janitorial and custodial experience to maintain cleanliness across various areas, including outdoor spaces when required. Operate cleaning equipment safely and efficiently while adhering to health and safety protocols. Prioritize time management to complete assigned tasks promptly without compromising quality. Experience Proven experience in residential housekeeping or custodial roles with a focus on detailed cleaning and sanitation procedures. Hands-on knowledge of cleaning detergents, floor care products, carpet cleaning methods, and janitorial equipment operation. Demonstrated ability to perform outdoor work when necessary while maintaining high standards of cleanliness. Experience in customer service or client communication to address specific preferences or concerns effectively. Familiarity with manual handling techniques for heavy lifting tasks safely. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently within designated timeframes. Previous work involving cleaning surfaces, dusting, sanitation practices, and implementing janitorial standards is highly desirable.
