Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and order in our facilities, ensuring that all areas are sanitized and welcoming for guests and staff. This position requires a strong commitment to quality service and the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, common areas, and facilities, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and sanitation. Launder linens, towels, and other fabrics as needed, maintaining freshness and hygiene. Execute floor care duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, making beds, hallway vacuming and carpet cleaning to uphold a pristine environment. MUST be able to work as team. Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and other areas according to established protocols. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest requests and concerns promptly and professionally. Required, ensuring adherence to safety and hygiene standards. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and supply lien to second floor by taking it everyday and stock it and report any shortages or needs to management. Follow all health and safety regulations while performing cleaning tasks. knowledge of knowing hotel policies for housekeeping tasks, follow promptly Experience Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial roles is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided. Familiarity with commercial cleaning practices is a plus. Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify areas needing improvement or additional cleaning. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
