The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in our facilities, ensuring that all areas are welcoming and hygienic for guests and staff. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing excellent service. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, hallways, and common areas in accordance with established standards. Ensure all surfaces are dusted, vacuumed, mopped, and sanitized regularly. Change linens and make beds to maintain a fresh and inviting environment. Restock supplies such as toiletries and towels as needed. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Uphold high standards of cleanliness in all areas of the facility. Assist with special cleaning projects as assigned by housekeeping management. Skills Experience in hotel housekeeping or similar hospitality roles is preferred. Knowledge of floor care techniques and equipment for various surfaces. Strong cleaning skills with an eye for detail to ensure thoroughness. Familiarity with housekeeping management practices is advantageous. Ability to perform industrial cleaning tasks when necessary. Excellent time management skills to efficiently complete tasks within designated timeframes. A customer-focused attitude with the ability to work well in a team environment. Previous custodial experience is a plus, demonstrating reliability and responsibility in maintaining cleanliness.
