What You'll Do As a Housekeeping/Laundry Aide, you'll play a vital role in shaping the daily experience of our residents by: Keeping resident rooms fresh and inviting through dusting, sanitizing bathrooms, sweeping and mopping floors, cleaning mirrors, emptying trash, changing linens, and organizing spaces. Providing laundry services with care, including washing, drying, folding, and distributing resident clothing, linens, and household laundry while ensuring items are handled accurately and respectfully. Maintaining the heart of our community—common areas, therapy rooms, dining spaces, and gathering areas—so they're always clean, comfortable, and ready for connection and joy. Preparing rooms for new residents with attention to detail, including cleaning, stocking supplies, and making beds to ensure a smooth and welcoming transition. Following infection control, sanitation, and safety procedures to protect the health and well-being of residents, visitors, and team members. Participating in staff meetings and training opportunities to strengthen your skills and contribute to our collaborative, resident-centered team culture.
