Job Description
This position is responsible for maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming environment while providing exceptional attention to detail. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, values professionalism, and enjoys creating a comfortable space for others. Position Highlights

- Some evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events may be required Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living spaces, and other interior areas
- Perform daily cleaning, routine upkeep, and periodic deep cleaning
- Complete guest room preparation and turndown services as needed
- Wash, dry, fold, steam, and iron linens and clothing
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness throughout the property
- Properly care for hardwood floors, stone surfaces, furniture, artwork, and other specialty materials
- Use cleaning products and equipment safely and effectively
- Respond promptly to housekeeping requests
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
- Assist with special events and additional housekeeping needs when required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of professional housekeeping experience
- Experience caring for fine furnishings, specialty surfaces, and delicate fabrics preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Comfortable using smartphones, tablets, and basic computer programs
- Ability to lift, bend, stand, and perform physically demanding cleaning tasks throughout the day
