In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in guest rooms and public areas, as well as managing laundry services to ensure that all linens and garments are cleaned, pressed, and presented to the highest standards. Responsibilities Perform daily cleaning of guest rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. Launder linens and towels using appropriate washing techniques and equipment. Manage dry cleaning services for guests, ensuring garments are handled with care. Maintain cleanliness in public areas such as lobbies, hallways, and restrooms. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Ensure that all cleaning supplies are stocked and properly stored. Follow established health and safety protocols while performing all tasks. Skills Proven experience in housekeeping or laundry services, preferably in a hotel environment. Strong attention to detail with a focus on cleanliness and organization. Ability to operate laundry equipment effectively, including washers and dryers. Knowledge of dry cleaning processes is a plus.
