Housekeeper/Laundry Aide:

At Renaissance, our Housekeeper/Laundry Aides are essential in creating a comfortable, homelike environment for our residents. You are the vital link that ensures our residents' living spaces and personal items are clean, fresh, and cared for daily. This role is critical to maintaining high standards of hygiene and comfort throughout our community.

Linens:

Collect, sort, wash, dry, fold, and distribute all resident clothing, linens, and towels with the utmost care and attention.

Hygiene & Safety:

Strictly follow proper procedures for handling soiled laundry to prevent cross-contamination and ensure the highest standards of infection control.

Environmental Upkeep:

Assist with general housekeeping tasks, maintaining the cleanliness and safety of the laundry room and other common areas as needed.

Organization:

Ensure all resident clothing is appropriately labeled to prevent mix-ups, and maintain an organized workspace.

Equipment Operation:

Safely operate and maintain commercial washers, dryers, and all laundry room equipment.

Physical Ability:

Must be able to frequently lift or move objects up to 35 lbs. unassisted and perform regular standing, walking, bending, and kneeling.

Requirements:
