Favorite Day Maid is hiring a full-time Residential Cleaning Technician to care for clients' homes throughout the Treasure Valley. After your first week of training, your hourly rate is based on the number of hours you work each week: 25 hours or fewer: $21 per hour 26-31 hours: $23 per hour 32 or more hours: $26 per hour You'll also receive: Weekly pay 100% of your client tips A $10 bonus for every client review rated 9 or 10 WHY

YOU'LL LOVE WORKING HERE

Typical schedule of 25-35 hours per week Work is scheduled Monday-Friday between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM No nights or weekends Company-provided uniforms One company-paid massage each quarter In-house training and certifications in our professional cleaning system Opportunities to advance into trainer, lead, and specialist positions Personal and professional support from a team that wants you to succeed Company parties and team activities Cleaning products and a proven cleaning system provided You'll work hard, but you won't be left to figure everything out on your own. We provide clear training, established cleaning procedures, and ongoing support to help you build your skills and succeed.

WHAT YOUR WORKDAY WILL LOOK LIKE

You'll use your own reliable vehicle to travel to scheduled clients' homes. At each home, you'll follow Favorite Day Maid's cleaning procedures to complete tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning kitchens and bathrooms, and leaving each room orderly and welcoming. This is active, fast-paced work. You'll be on your feet, moving between rooms, carrying supplies, bending, reaching, and paying close attention to details. If you enjoy staying busy and seeing the results of your work, you will love this job!
