Job Description:

We are seeking an intentional and experienced Housekeeper to join our team to ensure guest satisfaction by maintaining a clean, safe, and enjoyable environment. This role will work closely with the Executive Director and Operations Manager to ensure high standards of cleanliness, efficient organization, and exceptional reputation of the hotel.

Responsibilities:

Housekeeping Duties:

Completing daily hotel operations, including on-site duties, housekeeping, and maintenance. Clean, sanitize, restock, and organize guest rooms, bathrooms, common spaces according to hotel standards and procedures. Perform routine maintenance tasks as needed and scheduled by Executive Director Monitor and report any damages, losses or deficiencies in guest rooms or common areas. Ensure all cleaning equipment and supplies are properly maintained, cleaned and stored. Follow safety procedures and guidelines to maintain a safe guest and work environment. Provide assistance to guests as needed and respond promptly to any guest request or concern.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in hotel housekeeping or a similar role. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with a diverse team. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities. Flexibility in working evenings, weekends, and holidays if needed. Ability to maintain physical stamina required to clean, bend, lift, and go up/down stairs. Must be able to pass a background check.
