JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Eco-Friendly Cleaning Professional. In this part-time role, you will be responsible for maintaining clean, healthy, and inviting environments using sustainable, non-toxic products.

CORE CLEANING DUTIES

All Rooms:

Dust all flat surfaces, light fixtures, decor and baseboards. Remove all trash and replace liners.

Kitchen Sanitation:

Microwave interior and exterior, stove/oven exterior, refrigerator exterior, dishwasher exterior, remove and wipe all items on counter then wipe counter.

Bathroom Detailing:

Light fixtures, vanity/sink, mirror, toilet and tub/shower.

Floor Care:

Vacuum and mop carpet and floors (always detach wand for edges).

Finishing Touches:

Fold TP, close shower curtains, close toilet lids, empty trash bins, replace liners, fold towels on racks, fluff pillows.

ECO-FRIENDLY & SAFETY STANDARDS

Equipment Maintenance:

Maintain cleaning supplies, microfibers, mops, and equipment in clean, proper working order.

Eco-Safe Product Application:

Use non-toxic, eco-friendly cleaning products and specialized microfiber or eco-conscious tools safely and effectively according to company standards.

PROFESSIONAL & OPERATIONAL EXPECTATIONS

Quality & Detail:

Follow checklists to ensure a consistently high standard of cleanliness and attention to detail.

Client & Team Communication:

Maintain clear, professional communication with clients.

Timeliness & Travel:

Please arrive on time and always enter someones home as a team.

REQUIREMENTS

Valid drivers license Auto insurance Realiable transportation

PLEASE NOTE

We do require an initial drug test when you are hired and we do random drug tests if we deem it to be necessary.

Pay:

$15.00 - $40.00 per hour Expected hours: 15.0 - 30.0 per week People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply
