As a Cleaning Professional, you will be responsible for performing a variety of cleaning tasks with efficiency and professionalism, ensuring client satisfaction at all times. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive cleaning duties including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitation across various areas. Implement proper cleaning and sanitation procedures to ensure compliance with health and safety standards. Use appropriate cleaning equipment and detergents effectively while maintaining their proper care and storage. Conduct floor cleaning and floor care activities and polishing hard surfaces. Communicate professionally with clients to understand specific cleaning needs and provide exceptional customer service Requirements Proven experience in residential and house cleaning management. Knowledge of cleaning surfaces, floor care techniques, and the use of various cleaning equipment and products. Ability to follow detailed cleaning procedures and sanitation protocols accurately. Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively within scheduled timeframes. Physical stamina for indoor work experience, light lifting, and manual handling activities. Excellent client communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction. Previous experience in indoor work environments or residential housekeeping is advantageous. Must pass a background check through the department of health and welfare. Must have Dependable transportation.
