Housekeepers with OCD Our requirements are pretty complicated, so pay attention: Be nice. Don't do drugs. Must be available to work holidays That's the big stuff. We can teach you how we like a bed made. We can teach you our reservation system. We can teach you where the extra towels live. We can't teach you to be a nice person. We're family owned, independent, a little quirky, and decidedly NOT corporate. There are no regional managers, no headquarters three states away, and no 47-page manual explaining how to smile at a guest. We could write a corporate style job post here, but let's be real, it's housekeeping. You LOVE cleaning and organizing. You love creating a vibe for the guests. You can't help yourself not to spruce things up and make them sparkle. And you LOVE being active and moving around. If your mom or significant other has to "nag" you to pick up after yourself, then this isn't your gig. (hehe) What we do have is a fun property, great guests, high standards, and a team that believes you can work hard without being miserable to each other.
