We are looking for dependable, motivated individuals who maintain high standards, have excellent attention to detail, and enjoy physical, hands-on work. Previous residential cleaning experience is preferred but not required. We are willing to train the right person who demonstrates reliability, a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a commitment to excellence. Requirements Must live within approximately 20-25 minutes of the Algonquin area Valid driver's license Reliable vehicle and auto insurance Washer and dryer available for laundering towels Available M-F from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Strong attendance history Exceptional attention to detail Ability to perform physical work, including bending, lifting, reaching, standing, and scrubbing throughout the day Responsibilities Perform thorough residential cleaning, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, kitchen cleaning, bathroom sanitizing, and detailed surface cleaning Maintain ProTidy's high standards of quality and professionalism Communicate professionally with clients and team members Manage time efficiently to complete scheduled homes Follow proper cleaning procedures and safety protocols Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies responsibly Report maintenance concerns or safety issues observed in clients' homes If you're looking for a long-term opportunity with a respected local company that values its employees and takes pride in exceptional service, we'd love to hear from you.
