Full Job Description Responsibilities:

Maintains clean resident apartments and common areas, fostering a welcoming environment Adheres to chemical safety protocols to guarantee the safety of residents and team members Engages with residents in a compassionate and impactful manner, cultivating a warm and supportive environment where the values of love, compassion, and dignity are reflected in every interaction Participates in continuous learning and development opportunities through attendance and participation in educational seminars, staff meetings, and other learning experiences

Qualifications:

High School graduate or GED equivalent preferred Prior Assisted/Supportive Living experience preferred Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills Must demonstrate the ability to serve with love , compassion , and dignity
