Business First Residential Cleaning Specialist is preparing to relaunch and is seeking experienced residential cleaning professionals interested in independent contractor opportunities. We are building a network of dependable, detail-oriented cleaners who take pride in quality work and professional customer service. We are currently recruiting and reviewing applicants while finalizing our insurance and onboarding requirements. Assignments will become available as customer demand develops and approved cleaners complete onboarding. Responsibilities Perform standard, deep, and move-in/move-out residential cleaning services. Complete agreed-upon cleaning scopes to professional quality standards. Communicate professionally with customers and Business First. Arrive prepared for accepted assignments and report any customer concerns or property damage promptly. Maintain professional cleaning supplies and equipment appropriate for the services performed. Qualifications Residential cleaning experience preferred. Reliable transportation and a smartphone. Access to professional cleaning supplies and equipment. Strong attention to detail, dependability, and customer-service skills. Ability to work independently and manage accepted assignments. Willingness to complete applicable screening and onboarding requirements. Insurance We are reviewing insurance requirements for our independent contractor network. Applicants who currently carry general liability insurance for their cleaning business are encouraged to apply. Applicants who do not currently carry coverage but are willing to obtain it are also welcome. Final insurance requirements will be communicated before assignments are offered. Compensation & Scheduling Compensation varies by service type and assignment requirements. Specific rates will be discussed during the application process. Opportunities are based on customer demand and contractor availability. Hours and assignments are not guaranteed.
