What You'll Do You'll work in residential homes throughout the Chicago metro area.
Your responsibilities include:
Clean and sanitize residential homes using company-provided supplies and equipment Follow established health, safety, and cleaning protocols Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and teammates Travel between customer homes during the workday Service areas include Chicago, Evanston, Oak Park, Skokie, Des Plaines, and nearby communities. Wants room to grow. There are seven Cleaning Technician levels, giving you a clear path to develop your skills and increase your pay. Values daytime work and weekends off. The regular schedule is Monday-Friday with no weekends or holidays. You do not need professional cleaning experience to get started. Paid training is provided. If you've worked in customer service, hospitality, caregiving, food service, retail, or another active, hands-on position, your experience may translate well to residential cleaning. The physical side of the job is real: you must be able to lift up to 30 lbs and remain on your feet throughout the workday.

•$24.50 / cleaning hr. At Level 1 ($18.50 / cleaning hr), the bi-weekly gross pay is about $1,408. In 3 months, a cleaning technician can move up a level with $19.50 / cleaning hr. Every 3-month, a cleaning technician with great performance can move up until reaching Level 7 ($24.50 / cleaning hr). From a scale of 1 to 7 (1 is the worst & 7 the best), how would you rate the pay? Which situation applies to you the most?
