Job Description
Position Summary We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Housekeeper to help maintain the cleanliness and appearance of residential properties located on Camelot St, Charles St, Wood St, and Pine St. The ideal candidate will take pride in creating clean, safe, and welcoming environments for residents and guests. Responsibilities Clean and maintain common areas within residential properties Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors Dust furniture, fixtures, and surfaces Clean interior windows and glass surfaces Empty trash and replace liners Sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and high-touch areas Wipe down doors, baseboards, and other surfaces as needed Report maintenance concerns or supply shortages Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies Follow cleaning schedules and safety procedures Requirements Previous housekeeping or janitorial experience preferred but not required Ability to work independently and efficiently Strong attention to detail Reliable transportation preferred Ability to lift, bend, stand, and perform physical cleaning duties Dependable attendance and positive attitude Benefits Work Schedule Approximately 18 hours per week Flexible scheduling may be available Compensation Hourly pay ranging from $15-$17 per hour depending on experience and qualifications
